A Wood Machinist who suffered horrific injures to his middle, ring and little fingers of his dominant right hand when he slipped at work and fell into the rotating blade of a circular saw, has recovered £8,000 in compensation.

The employer refused to accept liability for the accident, but once court proceedings began, the employer quickly conceded liability and settled the case before Trial.
