Supreme court considers impact of fraud on existing financial orders in divorce

They allege they have been short-changed and denied justice amid suggestions that such behaviour happens regularly in high-value divorce cases – and they argue that all ex-spouses should be entitled to reopen negotiations in a concluded divorce agreement. The judgement will be given later this year and may open the floodgates to spouses revisiting previously agreed settlements.
