A woman who slipped on a puddle of spilt milk on the floor has recovered compensation as a result of suffering injury to her left neck and shoulder, righ elbow,  and right hip. The accident aggravated a pre-existing neck and shoulder problem.     

Guided by the Garratts personal injury team, physiotherapy was arranged which resulted in a good resolution of symptoms.
