Damages for Radcliffe man injured in dog attack

Without adequate training and equipment, the man was subsequently   attacked by a female German shepherd, suffering painful bite wounds to both hands.

Following the instruction of a Dog Handling and Behaviour expert by the Personal Injury team, which condemned the Councils approach to training, the council conceded liability a few weeks before trial.
