I am a Partner and I run the care department. I am an accredited member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Children Panel.
People usually contact me when Social Services have become involved with their family. Attending meetings with Social Workers and other professionals can be a daunting experience and I support and advise my clients at Child Protection Conferences and Public Law Outline (PLO) Meetings. I have good working relationship with all the Agencies involved in this process.
I represent clients at Court if Social Services decide to issue care proceedings and take children into care. I am with my client every step of the way throughout the duration of the proceedings, which can be a traumatic and distressing experience for them. I offer honest and practical advice about the options available.
I am an experienced Advocate and I have a down to earth and compassionate approach.
When I am not working I love spending time with my family, going to the cinema and gym. I am also involved with charity fund raising.
