The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing an established caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to conclusion. The caseload will comprise matters of varying complexity, providing the opportunity to work on a broad range of challenging and rewarding cases.
In addition to handling an existing caseload, you will be included in the department's rota for new enquiries and instructions, offering the opportunity to further develop and grow your practice.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have proven experience managing a clinical negligence caseload independently from inception to settlement or trial.
- Possess strong knowledge of clinical negligence law and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
