An opportunity has arisen in our General Litigation department for a full-time fee earner at our Oldham office.
The department deals with various types of disputes including but not limited to contractual disputes, employment matters, settlement agreements, TOLATA cases, neighbour/boundary disputes, will/inheritance disputes etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience of running a litigation caseload and will be familiar with the Civil Procedure Rules. The ability to drive is essential as client appointments can take place at any of our six offices (across the Greater Manchester area).
