New Partner Promotions at Garratts

Garratts are proud to announce that three of their solicitors have been made equity partners.  All three are specialists within the firm.

Frances Greenhalgh, head of the firm's Care department, is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and represents both children and parents in Child Care proceedings and states: "This is a vital and growing area of practice which makes a real difference to family and community alike."

Deborah Cartledge is a Criminal Duty solicitor as well as an accredited member of the Law Society's Mental Health Panel and as such represents patients detained at hospitals throughout the North-West.

Angela Smith is an accredited member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners and is head of the Wills and Probate department and says: "These are all issues which affect peoples' daily lives."
