The Claimant suffered from post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in the centre of his forehead above the eyebrows bilaterally at about half way between the upper limit of the eyebrows and the lower limit of the hairline.
The hyperpigmentation was a source of constant embarrassment/distress and his enjoyment both of his wedding ceremonies and of the associated visual reminders (photographs and videos) was diminished.
The Claimant was deprived of all real benefit from the cosmetic procedure.
