The fees, which had originally been set at £110 per document, were reduced to £82 on the 1st April 2017.   The Court are now accepting claims for refunds of the difference, which could be as much as £112 for couples who have set up both Property & Financial Affairs LPA's and Health & Welfare LPA's.   For further details see https://www.gov.uk/government/news/power-of-attorney-fee-refund-scheme-launched
