Business restoration

Business restoration

Mrs J was undertaking the difficult task of taking care of the Estate of her late husband, Mr J. Mr J owned a business which was voluntarily dissolved. Unexpected monies were then received into the Company bank account, which could not be accessed as the Company no longer legally existed. In order to retrieve said monies, the Company needed to be restored to the Register of Companies. At this difficult time, we were able to assist Mrs J by removing the burden of preparing the necessary forms and Court Orders, and by liaising with the Court, treasury Solicitor and her Bank to ensure she received all the monies, preventing them from being passed to the Crown.

The Company was successfully restored to the Register of Companies and Mrs J was able to retrieve all the money from the Company bank account.
