It was not until months later that the infarction and death of the organ was diagnosed. Had it been diagnosed earlier, Mr G would have been spared months of pain and suffering and would have obtained the required treatment earlier. As a result of the breach of duty, Mr G had to undergo a procedure to remove the testicle (Orchidectomy) and to insert a prosthetic.

Mr G was successful in his case and was awarded compensation in the sum of £27,000.00.
