Shelly has studied all aspects of English Land Law including topics such as tenures and estates, statutes, registration of titles, legal and equitable rights, creating and extinguishing easements, as well as enforcing, discharging and modifying covenants.

Based in our Worsley office, Shelly manages a varied workload offering clients a first class service as well as detailed and practical advice for every aspect of their property transaction. Shelly became an Associate of the firm in May 2019 and qualifying before the end of the year ensure Shelly enters 2020 on a high.
Shelly admits that although challenging, it has been worth the work “It is has been extremely challenging balancing my full time job alongside studying and being a lone parent. Hearing that I have now passed means that every late night and weekend has been worth it. I am looking forward to continuing the fantastic relationships I have built up within the Worsley area and developing my role further within Garratts”.
Being the first person in the UK to qualify at Level 6 on the Apprenticeship standard, means once again Garratts are at the forefront of development and progression.
