Here at Garratts we have been working extremely hard to help our clients during these troubling times. We have been working from home and from the office where safe to do so. We have had social distancing measures and hygiene procedures in place throughout to help protect our staff and clients. We are pleased to announce that from Monday 1st June we will officially open our Oldham and Ashton branches for face to face appointments, in addition to Skype and telephone.
We have been conducting our own meetings through Zoom, court hearings through Teams and various other platforms, so in many cases it has been business as usual.
Although we have the technology in place to conduct business remotely, and are still happy to do so, we also understand that some clients feel more comfortable seeing a solicitor face to face. As such, we are looking forward to welcoming back existing and new clients in to the offices, where that personal touch is important.
As much as we are excited to welcome people back into the offices, we have had to make some changes. We have guidance on social distancing and hygiene at the entrance to our offices and thank you for your cooperation with our measures that are there for your safety and ours.
We have set out our most recent Risk Assessment and the Guidelines upon which we will operate over the next stage of the Pandemic. These measures will assist and encourage safe working within the business during the pandemic and the protection of members of the public attending the Offices.
