Medical evidence found that Mr H would have needed surgery in any event but he underwent 3 days unnecessary pain and suffering and he suffered three further infective episodes which wouldn’t have occurred but for the delay.

Following the obtaining of supportive medical evidence, Garratts were able to obtain the sum of £5,000 on behalf of Mr H.
