Age UK Tameside Wills Clinic is Back!

Garratts have worked alongside Age UK for over 10 years now and have donated £1,000’s via our Will writing service.   We are pleased to now be able to continue with this service.

The Will writing sessions are held every other Thursday afternoon and can also be used to provide initial  advice in relation to other issues such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, protection of property from care home fees, probate applications, discretionary trusts, etc.   Jill Latimer of our Wills & Probate Department is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a national organisation dealing specifically with legal issues arising in later life.
