The Claimant instructed Garratts following a workplace accident whilst working at a Magnesium Electron Site in Greater Manchester. While placing a large pot previously used to transport molten magnesium to the ground, some residual molten magnesium splashed on the Claimant’s right jaw line and left lower limb.
The Claimant suffered dermal burns to the right jaw line and the left ankle region as a result of the accident; following negotiations with insurers, Garratts Solicitors successfully recovered compensation for him.
