Beth joined Garratts in August 2020 after just completing her law degree. She began working as a legal assistant in the personal injury and family department which involved taking new enquiries and assisting the partners/solicitors on their case load. Beth did this for 2 years and once gaining a lot of experience, was then promoted to a family executive. This included taking on her own family case load and also assisting other fee earners on their complex matters.
Whilst Beth enjoyed working in the family department, she felt that a career in Family law was not her calling and Beth therefore moved over to the personal injury department where she has now developed her own case load. Beth found she really enjoys this type of work and this is where she wants to develop her career.
Beth also started the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship in August 2023 and is now working in the personal injury department to qualify as a personal injury solicitor within the firm.
