The Defendant Trust's Negligence
Mr T was admitted to the Defendant Trust following a deterioration in his mental capacity as a result of vascular dementia. During his time as an inpatient Mr T suffered poor nutritional and fluid intake, significant weight loss, anorexia and the alleged development of oral thrush.
