The Claimant instructed Garratts' Personal Injury Department to recover compensation following a serious road traffic accident when he was knocked off his cycle by a vehicle emerging from a side road.

The Claimant suffered multiple facial fractures, a fracture to the nose causing nasal septal deviation and nasal obstruction, serious lacerations to his left ear and loss of front teeth.

The Claimant incurred extensive private dental costs and underwent nose surgery after the accident.

The Personal Injury team at Garratts achieved £45,000 compensation for our client.
