Garratts Solicitors recently assisted a client in a claim of Constructive Unfair Dismissal against her employer. In brief, the employer put a stop to our client’s working from home arrangements and in response our client resigned and sought to claim constructive unfair dismissal. She instructed Garratts Solicitors to engage in the first step of ACAS early conciliation proceedings on her behalf and we pushed back the Employer’s assertions that our client had no case. With the ink now dry on the settlement agreement, our client is satisfied with the compensation payment received as a result; the compensation sum being in excess of £12,000.
