Mrs B brought a claim against the Defendant following orthodontic treatment and subsequent injury.
Mrs B underwent an extensive course of Invisalign with the aim of achieving the perfect smile. However, the Defendant failed to provide Mrs B with the necessary retainers and as a direct result of the same, Mrs B suffered an orthodontic relapse.

They were able to identify that the Defendant failed to maintain and complete accurate medical records, failed to record the necessary Orthodontic measurements and, most significantly, provided unsatisfactory Orthodontic treatment (Invisalign). As a result of the negligence identified Mrs B suffered orthodontic relapse which resulted in the accelerated loss of a tooth and the requirement for further Orthodontic treatment in the future.
