We are delighted to announce that Daniel Bramhall has been promoted to Partner at Garratts Solicitors, marking an exciting milestone both in his career and for our Clinical Negligence Department.
Daniel joined Garratts in 2021 and has since established himself as a highly skilled and dedicated solicitor, specialising in a wide range of clinical negligence matters. His experience spans across multiple medical disciplines including psychology, neurology, haematology, oncology, dentistry and cosmetic procedures.
Clinical negligence cases are inherently complex, requiring not only meticulous investigation but also empathy and clear communication. Daniel has consistently demonstrated his ability to balance both. He prides himself on ensuring that every client remains fully informed throughout their legal journey, building trust and providing reassurance during what is often a very difficult time.
Working closely with leading medical experts and representing clients in Court, Daniel’s professionalism and expertise have been invaluable to our firm. Based primarily at our Oldham office, he also supports clients across all six of our offices, as well as offering remote appointments for added accessibility.
Daniel’s promotion to Partner reflects not only his legal expertise, but also his commitment to delivering the highest standards of service to clients. We are proud to have him as part of our leadership team and look forward to his continued contribution to the growth of our Clinical Negligence Department.
