Garratts were recently successful in obtaining compensation on behalf of Ms B in the sum of £20,000.00. 

A 2cm ovarian cyst was identified in 2015. There was a failure to monitor the cyst leading to a significant increase in size. The cyst grew to over 8cm causing unnecessary pain and discomfort for a lengthy time. Had the cyst been monitored appropriately, the cyst would have been surgically removed before causing Ms B symptoms.
