An MRI scan was interpreted incorrectly which led to the diagnosis being delayed despite clear red-flag signs being present.

We obtained expert evidence demonstrating that, had the cancer been identified earlier, the Deceased would have survived and enjoyed a normal life expectancy.

Liability was initially denied but through determined negotiation, we ultimately secured a £125,000 settlement on behalf of our Client who had a clear dependency claim.
