Proud 2 B Parents is an inclusive charity run by and for LGBTQIA+ parents, carers, and their children across Greater Manchester and the North West. The charity recognises all routes to parenthood, including birth, adoption, fostering, and surrogacy. Its work combats social isolation and addresses the lack of visibility that modern families often face, helping families in our community feel seen, connected, and empowered. To support this work, the charity provides a safe, affirming environment through services including weekly Stay, Chat, & Play groups and mid-week family meet-ups.
Proud 2 B Parents are running a Stay, Chat, and Play group at Oldham library on Saturday 7 November 2026, between 10am and 12noon. This family event, hosted by Proud 2 B Parents near our Oldham office, offers a chance to have fun, build community, and meet other LGBTQIA+ families.
