Mrs B underwent an extensive course of Invisalign with the aim of achieving the perfect smile. However, the Defendant failed to provide Mrs B with the necessary retainers and as a direct result of the same, Mrs B suffered an orthodontic relapse.

Mrs M brought a claim against the Defendant for the erroneous prescription of an incorrect medication. Garratts Solicitors assisted Mrs M in obtaining £5,000.00 in compensation.

Miss R was subjected to medical negligence by her local hospital when she became pregnant with twins. There was a failure on the part of the Trust to identify that there was a condition called ‘Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS)’. As a consequence of this and the fact that no treatment was provided in respect of the same, Miss R went into labour very early and both of her babies sadly died.
