In a recent legal case, Garratts achieved a significant victory by successfully arguing with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) that a defendant accused of being in charge of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol should not be charged.

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust has recently published the findings of its Spinal Patient Safety Look Back Review. The focus of the Review was regarding  Consultant Spinal Surgeon, John Bradley Williamson, who was employed by the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust up until January 2015.

Garratts have successfully achieved an award of compensation for a 3-year-old child who suffered a partial amputation of her left little toe whilst on holiday in Benidorm.
