The Care Department are delighted to announce that following her interview at the Law Society in London, Asma Ruksar is now an Accredited Member of the Law Society Children Panel. Garratt’s are delighted to announce that we have received CQS reaccreditation once again this year. We have held a CQS certificate since the inception of the accreditation scheme in 2011. CQS is the Conveyancing Quality Scheme which is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices, awarded by the Law Society.

Mrs A suffered with arthritis is both of her feet, namely Hallux Rigidus. After various treatments had failed, she opted to have surgery to try and improve her condition and alleviate some of the pain. A joint replacement was inserted which unfortunately failed. Further surgery was required.
