Garratts have successfully obtained compensation for Miss C as a result of the negligence of a local hospital as far back as 1996. Miss C was advised in 1996 that her right kidney had failed and also that she had multiple kidney stones within the same. She was not appropriately advised to have surgery to remove the failing kidney at this appointment or at any subsequent appointments.
