Garratts Solicitors secured £20,000 compensation for Ms B after an ovarian cyst, first identified in 2015, was not properly monitored. The cyst grew from 2cm to over 8cm, causing prolonged pain and discomfort. Appropriate monitoring would have led to earlier surgical removal and prevented unnecessary suffering.
