Angela specialises in drafting Wills, tax planning and the administration of estates. She assists people in planning for later life, dealing with Court of Protection work and assessing challenges to care charges.
She appreciates that her clients approach her during the most difficult times in their lives and need clear, concise advice.
Each case is dealt with in a sensitive and professional manner. Angela ensures that Executors and Personal Representatives of estates are fully protected, that every Will is robustly drafted and that clients receive bespoke advice tailored to their particular circumstances.
Angela is proud to be the Head of the Wills & Probate Department, a close-knit team dedicated to making the legal process as smooth as possible. Clients are often nervous when they come into the office but are soon put at ease.
She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Law Society Private Client Section. She is also appointed as a Deputy by the Court of Protection to administer the financial affairs of several clients.
Angela meets with clients at any of the firm’s offices, in hospitals, hospices and care homes, or arranges home visits as required.
When not working, Angela spends her time planning travels abroad, reading and watching classic black and white films.
