In 2003 I was involved in one of the most significant costs cases heard in the Court of Appeal, when judgement in my case of Hollins v Russell helped protect 'No Win No Fee' arrangements for personal injury victims.

My outside interests centre around my family and friends. I follow Man United and enjoy travelling, especially in the USA and Canada.
