He prefers to reach agreement by negotiation, but if litigation becomes necessary, he will ensure clients are properly represented at any court hearing by Manchester’s top barristers.
Antoni has considerable experience and technical knowledge in this area, so clients can be confident their case will be dealt with to a very high standard. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is Personal Injury Accredited. In 2003, he was involved in one of the most significant costs cases heard in the Court of Appeal, when judgment in his case of Hollins v Russell helped protect 'No Win No Fee' arrangements for personal injury victims.
He has excellent IT skills and is involved in developing website content for the firm and social media.
Outside work, his interests centre around family and friends. Antoni follows Man United and enjoys travelling, especially in the USA, Canada and Scandinavia.
