Anthony is an Associate Solicitor within the firm’s Care Department and an accredited member of the Children Panel.
Having previously practised for over 20 years in family law, Anthony has worked exclusively in public law family proceedings involving children since joining the firm in January 2017. He regularly represents parents and other family members in court in care proceedings and associated matters such as adoption. This can involve cases where there are issues of neglect and domestic abuse, including violence and other forms of abuse, such as physical and sexual abuse of children. These matters can be complex and demanding, and the firm aims to offer a sympathetic yet robust approach, focusing on the welfare of the child or children concerned.
Outside work, Anthony’s interests are mainly in classical music, as a pianist, choral singer and Musical Director of Todmorden Choral Society.
