Chloe works exclusively in private family law and has experience in dealing with a wide variety of matters, including applications regarding children, injunctions, divorce and financial matters. She handles cases of varying complexity, which often include sensitive issues such as domestic abuse or coercive and controlling behaviour.
Chloe prides herself on her ability to adapt to the demands of a case and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for all her clients. She appreciates that she becomes involved in clients’ lives when they are going through a highly stressful and emotional time, and she does her utmost to guide them through proceedings as transparently as possible.
Chloe adopts a friendly but pragmatic approach to cases to ensure that her clients are provided with the best possible service. She places great importance on building and maintaining a good working relationship with her clients during what is often a highly concerning time for them.
Chloe undertakes her own advocacy and has experience representing clients at court hearings both in person and remotely. She also has a good relationship with barristers’ chambers and will utilise the services of Counsel when she feels it is in the client’s best interests to do so.
Whilst Chloe is based at the Oldham office, she meets with clients at whichever of the firm’s six offices is easiest for them to attend. She also offers appointments by telephone or video conference where this is more convenient for clients.
Away from work, Chloe enjoys socialising with friends and going to music concerts.
