I have recently joined the family team at Garratts after being part of a smaller firm for a number of years.
I work exclusively in private family law proceedings and have experience in dealing with a wide variety of matters including child contact cases, injunctions, divorce and financial matters. I handle cases of varying complexity which often include sensitive issues such as domestic violence or coercive and controlling behaviour. I pride myself in my ability to adapt to the demands of a case and strive to achieve the best possible outcome for all my clients. I have experience representing clients at court hearings both in person and remotely but also work closely with barristers who can be instructed for hearings if I feel it in the client’s best interest to do so.
I adopt a friendly but pragmatic approach to cases to ensure that my clients are provided with the best possible service. I place great importance on building and maintaining a good working relationship with my clients during what is a highly stressful and emotional time.
