Danny joined Garratts Solicitors in 2021 and has progressed from Trainee Solicitor to Associate and now Partner.
His work within the Clinical Negligence Department has allowed him to gain experience across a wide range of medical disciplines, including psychology, neurology, haematology, oncology, dentistry and cosmetic procedures.
Clinical negligence cases can be daunting and complex, and Danny’s focus is always on guiding clients through the process with clarity and reassurance. He takes pride in carrying out the detailed investigations these cases demand while ensuring clients feel supported, well-informed, and confident that their concerns are being heard.
On behalf of his clients, Danny regularly collaborates with leading medical experts to build strong cases that accurately represent their situation. When necessary, he also represents clients in Court to advocate for their claims.
Accessibility is vital and so, whilst Danny is primarily based in the Oldham office, he is happy to meet clients at any of the six offices available or remotely by telephone or video conference.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending time with family and friends and, as a dedicated Bolton Wanderers supporter, can often be found at the match.
