Trainee Solicitor (SQE)
Holly is a Trainee Solicitor within the Care Department. She represents clients who are involved in matters with Social Services relating to the welfare of their children or other children within their family. Holly is very experienced in family law and specialises in advising clients who are in pre-proceedings, also known as the PLO process, as well as care proceedings issued before the Court.
Holly is usually instructed when clients have Social Services involvement with their family and Social Services are considering making an application to the Court. She has a strong working relationship with her clients and always endeavours to go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best possible advice and outcome. Holly also advises clients who are being assessed as potential carers for looked-after children and provides them with the necessary information and advice to ensure their best interests are protected.
In her spare time, Holly loves spending time with her family and her little dog, Cooper. She is an avid football fan and regularly attends games.
After working her way up through the ranks, Holly has chosen to undertake the new route to qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, known as the SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Examination). She is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Law, having successfully completed her LLB.
