Job title: Litigation Executive
I joined Garratts in 2023, and work in the Clinical Negligence Department. I have worked in the Clinical Negligence field exclusively for 7 years. In that time, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of Clinical Negligence cases, including complex birth and brain injury cases. I currently run my own caseload of Clinical Negligence cases.
I am personable and approachable and place great importance on the rapport I build with my clients. I appreciate you may come to us, at what is a difficult time in your life. I will do my upmost to make the process as stress free as possible for you. I will ensure you are regularly updated and will always be happy to answer any questions throughout the process, in a way that is easy to understand.
I am passionate about this area of law and believe that it is vital that people are compensated fairly when they suffer avoidable harm. It also ensures there is accountability, allows for lessons to be learnt, and hopefully leads to improvements in patient safety.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with family and friends. I follow Tranmere Rovers, and regularly attend games. I also enjoy language learning, and I am currently learning Portuguese.
