I am a solicitor within the litigation department having joined in September 2022.
Litigation can be wide ranging encompassing a number of areas including boundary disputes, contesting wills, defending personal injury claims, consumer rights claims. I am keen to assist and discuss a wide array of matters and offer my assistance wherever possible.
I obtained my degree, LL.B (Hons), from Staffordshire University having graduated in 2015. I then went on to pursue the Legal Practice Course with a view to becoming a solicitor and successfully obtained a Masters in Legal Practice from the University of Law.
I started my training contract more or less at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic back in 2020 and successfully qualified as a solicitor in June 2022. During my time as a trainee solicitor (and as a paralegal before that) I was involved heavily in general litigation.
