Lauren is a Trainee Solicitor in the Wills & Probate department, specialising in Private Client work. She assists individuals and families with some of the most important decisions they will make, providing support and guidance on matters such as drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and navigating the often complex process of estate administration. Her role allows her to help clients plan for the future with confidence while ensuring that their wishes are clearly documented and legally protected.
Working closely alongside the Head of Department, Angela Smith, and Associate Solicitor, Jill Latimer, Lauren is developing a strong foundation in delivering high-quality legal services. She is particularly focused on providing advice that is not only legally accurate but also clear, practical, and easy to understand. This is especially important when working with elderly or vulnerable clients, where patience, empathy, and sensitivity are key to ensuring they feel fully supported and informed throughout the process.
Lauren takes pride in adopting a client-focused approach, recognising that every individual’s circumstances are unique. To ensure the firm’s services are as accessible and convenient as possible, she offers flexibility in arranging appointments—whether that involves meeting clients at one of the firm’s offices or visiting them in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. As Lauren continues her training, she is committed to expanding her knowledge and developing her expertise within Private Client law, with the aim of providing a consistently high standard of service to all clients.
