Meet Our Dedicated Team of Experienced Solicitors
Niamh is a Legal Executive in the Wills and Probate department, supporting clients with drafting their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as helping individuals and families navigate the Probate process and the often complex task of Estate Administration.
Niamh graduated from the University of York in 2023 with a bachelors in Law, and joined Garratts in 2024, working as an assistant to the department until November 2025. After a short stint in another firm, she returned to Garratts in June 2026 as a Legal Executive and now meets with clients to assist them with a broad range of matters, whilst providing support to other members of the team.
Niamh is proud to support clients in planning for their future, and supporting them through what can often be a difficult and complicated time of their lives. Outside of work she is an avid reader, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
